San Clemente Beaches
San Clemente is home to some of the best beaches in Orange County. From famous surf spots to "Endless Summer" hangouts great for a bonfires, San Clemente has several miles of beautiful beaches to explore. Top beaches in San Clemente include Trestles, T-Street, San Clemente State Beach, San Onofre, and Linda Lane.
San Clemente State Beach
Camping, surfing, and miles of scenic coastline are at your fingertips. State Beach is popular but less accessible than other beaches in San Clemente. Calafia and State Beach campground sites offer the best access.
Trestles
Home to uppers, loweres, and churches surf breaks. Many pro surfers frequent Trestles as it’s one of the best and most consistent waves in California. This beach is a short walk after parking at the Cristianitos freeway exit on i5.
T Street
A popular surf spot just north of the pier. Watch beachgoers and surfers walk up and down the pedestrian bridge down to this popular beach.
San Onofre
Quintessential surfer beach. Back your ride in and get ready to spend the day at the beach. One of the best beginner surfing spots in Orange County.
San Clemente Pier
Popular for surfing and bonfires, the pier offers easy parking access, Amtrak train station, nearby food stands and dining. A great place for spending a day at the beach.
North Beach
The beginning of the San Clemente beach trail, North Beach offers a handful of amenities including parking, restrooms, fire pits, and more.
Linda Lane
Just north of the pier, Linda Lane features beach access, a playground, park, and ocean view seating area. Ample paid parking, ocean view seating, a park, and more.
Lost Winds
Further south along the trail, Lost Winds is marked by State Beach lifeguard tower #5 and the California State flag. Great for sunsets and a quiet beach day.
